GREAT NIGHT OF MIXED STORIES ON LAST TUESDAY NIGHT FEBRUARY THE 5TH.

In the midst of high winds and rain we gathered on last tuesday evening ( first tuesday night of the month) at our house. It was unusual in the magnitude of the storm ,but it had its flavour , it captured the atmosphere of what it must have been for people of long ago so sit around a fire ,with oil lamps burning with no T.V and telling stories to one another

Tuesday night was different for another reason . We had people from the liberties in Dublin and they had great stories of the old liberties .A great night was had by all .WHY NOT JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT GATHERING MARCH THE FOURTH.

Our next Storytelling March 4th @8.30pm

We are delighted to announce our brand new website goes live September 2013. We have added lots of new content, great images gathered from over the years, and lots of new information about the history and mission of Ár mBréacha – The House of Storytelling. Set in the wonderful Wexford Countryside in Raheen, Ballyduff, just outside Camolin, our evenings by the fire are not to be missed.
